Total ICAP Electronic Broking Volumes for BrokerTec and EBS Platforms Increases 35%

ICAP, the world’s premier interdealer broker, announced today that total electronic broking volumes for the month of July on the BrokerTec and EBS platforms reached US$884.4billion, an increase of 35% year on year.
Total average daily volumes on the EBS platform were $180.5bn, up 36% year on year.
Total average daily volumes in fixed income products on the BrokerTec platform were $703.9bn, an increase of 35% on the previous year.
Overall repo volumes reached $567.3bn, up 42% year on year. US Repo electronic broking volumes increased by 39% year on year to $252.7bn.
ICAP reports all of its electronic broking volumes on a single count basis.
