ICAP is very pleased to announce today that its leading FX group EBS has again been voted “Best Broker for Spot FX” in FX Week’s 2016 rankings.

Seth Johnson, CEO of EBS BrokerTec, says: “We’re very pleased to win this esteemed award. I would like to thank all those who made it possible, especially our customers, and also congratulate the EBS team for this achievement.”

The FX Week Best Banks Awards gauge performance in the global FX industry and are an indicator of which institutions are leading the market, according to banks, corporate treasurers and investors. The group had over 38 categories in this year’s awards. Votes are weighted, with three points for a first place, two points for second and one for third. Only categories with a sufficient number of votes are included in the final poll.

Stephen Couling, Publisher of FX Week, added: “We sincerely congratulate EBS on winning our “Best Broker in Spot FX” award again, a real achievement to be proud of. This year’s contest included some very tough competition and EBS was the clear winner.”

The awards were announced at an industry gala in London in November.
